The Compact Interior Staircase Kit
The Kompact winder staircase is extremely flexible and can adapt to any living space.
All you have to do is choose additional risers, second side rail and/or balcony, and you will receive everything in a crate, ready to be installed using common household tools.
It is adjustable in rise, going, height and rotation, thanks to the modularity designed by the leading Italian manufacturer.
- Adjustable Height:
Basic kit is adjustable from 7' 4" to 9' 11". With the purchase of one or more kits, installations up to 12' 3" are possible - Tread Length:
Tread length is 27 1/2" x 10 1/2" deep, or 33 1/2" x 12 3/4" deep. - Support Column:
This staircase kit has a support column that is used under tread 5, 6 or 7. - Base and Header Attachment:
Base and/or header can be attached to either wood or concrete. Anchors are supplied for concrete. - Stairway Direction:
The Kompact may be installed straight or with one or two 90 degree turns, either clockwise or counterclockwise. - Capacity:
Weight capacity is 1100 pounds.
