The Phoenix Wood tread Spiral Staircase Kit:
Installation of the Phoenix stair kit is extremely simple thanks to the written instructions and the DVD found in the crate in which the stair is shipped. Inside the crate you will find everything you need to assemble the staircase with a few basic hand tools.
The contemporary style of the staircase is ideal for any interior décor and reflects superb Italian quality.
- Available Diameters:
The Phoenix is available in 3'11 1/4", 4'7 1/8" and 5'3" diameters. - Adjustable Height:
The standard kit is adjustable from 8'3 1/4" to 10' 1/8". with optional kits, installations from 6'10" to 13' 1" are possible. - Stair Treads:
Stair treads are made of solid, premium, clear sealed beech wood. - Handrails:
Handrails are 1 3/4" in diameter and are constructed with a flexible metal core ,covered with a durable grip vinyl that matched the stair treads. - Stairway Direction:
The Phoenix may be installed in either a clockwise or counterclockwise direction. - Universal Landing:
An exclusive, unique landing design allows multiple size/shaped openings or mezzanine applications. Round openings require cutting. - Capacity:
Weight capacity is 700 pounds.
