This spiral staircase is available with 12, 13, 14 or 16 risers, and various widths of treads to ensure you find the perfect staircase for your needs. The finishes for the treads include a light natural finish or a rich cherry colour.
The top-quality Italian design features steel supports and balusters (available in Gun Metal or White finishes), a matching PVC handrail with aluminium core, and wooden treads made with birch plywood. Easy to assemble, modern and elegant, the Magia 70.Xtra spiral staircase is perfect for contemporary home of office interiors.

Magia 70.Xtra interior wood spiral stair.


Magia 70.Xtra is made of steel painted in white or grey with light or cherry-stained birch plywood treads. The handrail is made out of PVC with an aluminium core and is available in white or grey to match the color of the staircase. The railing is made up of painted steel balusters and parallel PVC rods in the same color as the balusters. The finishes are in the same color as the steel parts. The staircase is characterized by a landing which can be adapted during installation and can have three different configurations (trapezoidal, triangular or circular) so that the staircase can be installed in openings of various shapes. The direction of rotation, clockwise or counter‐clockwise is determined at the time of installation.
